Blank Screen after WinXP BIOS update - TravelMate 4150

Hey,
I know that few people mension my case before, but after few attempts, nothing seems to work.
I got the external floppy drive with the desired boot floppy.
I preesed Fn+Esc before powering up, but I havent noticed any change and the floppy drive light didnt turn on at all .
Is there any solution for that problem ? Am I doing somthing wrong here ?
Please Help.
