Does your laptop boot up? Because if it does your BIOS isn't dead.

If it doesn't then a new BIOS chip would solve your problem, but only if for the same make and model. Also most laptops have the BIOS chip soldered to the mainboard.

You might be betteroff looking for an independent laptop repair agent, they can do amazing things with laptops - often for little money.

dead.

When you say: "replace the bios chip by another one with other bios program"

Where are you getting the other chip from? Do you already have it and want to use it on your failed board? If you're buying it from somewhere, they should be asking you the exact chip marking on your original chip and exact laptop model number that BIOS software is made for.

Nevermind, I think I know what you're trying to ask... if the new chip has the same markings (type) as the original and the new chip has an updated version of the software BUT it is the right version for your model, then yes it should work.

If u just flash a wrong BIOS file, your chip is not DEAD, still reusable.
Send it to someone who can rewrite a EPROM, like this guy: biosxp.net
or you contact BIOS chip sellers on ebay, tell them what you need.
