Hp Pavilion Notebook N3370

Ok last week i bought this somewhat older notebook and when I finally got a chance to try it out I find out there is a Bios startup and setup password. Is there anyway I can get to the CMOS battery or someway to clear the CMOS or have I bought a new tacky paperweight????? Help please
