Netbooks/Laptops and Reboot after Power Restore

Our application requires that the PC is always on. The PC must be automatically restarted when power fails and then is restored. Almost all desktops have this as a BIOS option, which works well for us, the problem is in the portables.

Does anyone know of any laptops, or especially Netbooks, where the BIOS carries this feature. We couldn't find any in just a trip through Best Buy? If not, are there BIOS versions that can be loaded onto these types of machines? We like Asus EEPCs but can recommend anything to our customers.

I guess it's not there because it's never used. Laptops are not designed for always-on operation and any bit that can be saved in the bios will be cut out, this includes a desktop-specific option like on after power failure.
