Write a -rom file to samsung r519.

Hello.
Mi Laptop Samsung r519 (phoenix bios) are flashing with a samsung utility. This utility is only an exe file, and not let you . Now i modded the bios (added slic 2.1) and now i have a bios.rom file.
What utility can i use to flash this rom file to my bios?
