ROM file for Dell Inspiron 1520 needed

Someone please help, I need the ROM file for DELL INSPIRON 1520. I need to flash my bios and cannot extract the rom file as i dont know how to use writeromfile. Someone please help send me the file to ( removed ). Thanks
