BIOS Updates forum

Hi,

Don't know if one of these mods are possible with my bios but need to know if it is:


-My SATA on ICH8M are capped to 1,5Gb/s but it's 3Gb/s compatible. Want to make it 3Gb/s for SSD. (Someone already did it for Lenovo Thinkpads: http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=84953)

-Increase VRam voltage (VBios is included in the main bios)

-Don't know if my fan max speed is @100% because I can increase it more by software. If not, want to make it 100% @Max RPM.

-Make the system memory clock ratio from 5:3 to 2:1?

-Need to Keep Slic 2.1

I'm noob with bios mods, so I don't know if my requests are technically possible, but first, I just want to know.

Right now don't have the time and enough knowledge to implement this thing in your bios file but maybe one of the others has...

Since I've bought an Optical Bay Caddy for second hard drive, Sata is set to 3Gb/s on optical bay but I can't boot on it..
So I always need the Sata 3Gb/s Mod on the Primary bay, but I dont have enough knowledge either.

If anyone have the time and kindness, that could be great!

your bios is not valid for my studio 1535. it works, but slic 2.1 is not supported.
i have download my bios from here depositfiles. com/files/a8dgul192 and activate windows 7 ultimate in my notebook.
