DELL Inspiron 1525 laptop, the problem is it has no display

Dear All,
I've had DELL Inspiron 1525 laptop, the problem is it has no display but it looks the power is normal.
Here is what i have worked around so anyone will understand what is going on inside the Laptop
a. I removed the battery,
b. While holding the END key then, i plugged the power adaptor ( i noticed the the panel LED indicators lit in sequence once and the DVD drive LED flashes in few seconds)
*c. I tried also, holding the power ON button then, plugged the power adaptor (i noticed the 2 of 3 padlock LED lit and the other 1 flashes continously,
and the DVD drive LED flashes in few seconds)
I tried some advices from other BIOS forum but no luck finding the solution.
Anyone knows what causes the problem above or experienced the same kind and sorted out the problem?
