Toshiba Satellite C660D-1C7 - BIOS UPDATE FAILURE

Hi, there. I really need some help. I have a Toshiba Satellite C660D-1C7 and when I was updating the BIOS the laptop went black.
I don't have a floppy drive that I can connect to the computer, so I've tried with a USB pen. Although I've formatted it (dos mode) and put the files BIOS.WPH and EC.WPH inside, the laptop boots and tries to read from the pen. But unfortunately nothing happens.
I read that I need to put a file called phlash.ini inside, but I jus can't find it. Please help.
