BIOS Updates forum

Hi there,i have bought one samsung r580 NP-R580-JSB1US .My brother have install some program but when i boot up the notebook i see this error "ME FW Update Failed,Please Try again!" how can i remove this and repair them.The laptop is working good but i cant make changes to them i cant remove windows 7.I have try some program to update bios but they say the version you have is newwer then other.Can anybody resolve my problem?

It looks like you will need to contact Samsung tech support to get the correct AMT firmware for your laptop.
