Cannot Flash Toughbook CF-31 BIOS - Supervisor Password

Hey all -

I am hoping someone can help me. Trying to update my BIOS on my Panasonic Toughbook CF-31 but when I try to reflash I get stopped saying that there is an active supervisory password. I do not have the BIOS password. Any solutions???

Contact your nearest Toshiba support center and make sure you have the receipt of the original purchase at hand. They should be able to help you.

We are not allowed to because of the risk that we're dealing with a stolen laptop here, something we do not want to take responsibility for.
