Power Loss During Bios Update of my Toshiba Laptop L675

I lost power when updating the bios for my Toshiba laptop L675.
When the laptop when to power up again the lights flash, you hear the fan, but the screen is totally black and nothing happens. I have tried all the buttons at power up that were suggested on many sites but nothing works.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
