BIOS Updates forum

Hi,

i have a gericom webgine PIII 1.1GH Notebook /winXP. AmiBios 1.1 98

It does not shut down in standby mode. Hangs up in "preparing" window.

Woul a BIOS update help?
Or is it any software/driver problem?
