fujitsu/icl bios

Can anybody help me?
I can´t find a bios for a fujitsu/icl ergolite s75 noetbook. Seems like it doesnt exist at fujitsu anymore.

Last available BIOS for S75 was "Ergolite s75/90CD BIOS Update Disk V4.0R1.1 (03/11/95)", which I have if you want it. It was available from the old ICL BBS.
