huge problem...bioscrash armada m300

hi,first of all,...sorry for my terrible english
here is my Problem:
I try to mak Bios update,then the system hangs so i had to get off the power.
Now it des not boot anymore.When i start the power,all led 's are lighten up,Floppy,fan gets on,all thinks (CPU,Grafik,Ram)are getting warm.
Its like it gets full power,but nothing is happening.Please,does anyone nows what happend?

I forget,.....when the power is on and i try to turn down it will allways starts up from alone

Download the Rompaq again and create the flash disk. Insert the disk into the A drive and see if it reads the disk, boot block may already be starting..
If it does not read the disk, look on the bottom of the unit (below an expansion doors) for a set of jumper pads, that may need to be shorted in order to enable boot block.
If this don't help, this needs somekind of BIOS recovery service. If it's PLCC and socketed, you can use

If it's surface mount, we'll disassemble the laptop and repair the BIOS.
