Laptop won't boot or enter BIOS

I hav e eSlate 450k. It won't boot or enter the BIOS. Chek of the memory is pass, found FDD, CD, HDD and then freezes. When trying to enter the BIOS, shows up just message "Entering BIOS..." and nothing happend. BIOS is Phoenix NoteBIOS 4.0 R6.
