Compaq Armada m700 laptop motherboard dead

I tried to upgrade my BIOS for my Armada m700 laptop, but the laptop crashed midway through the upgrade. Now the laptop won't even boot up. I'm pretty sure I need to somehow reflash my BIOS. How can I do this when the computer won't even boot up. Thanks!!
