IBM Thinkpad 600E, How Do I Enter Bios?

I Want To Change Some Settings But Forgot What To Press @ Startup To Get Into Bios, Anyone Know?
Common keys are function keys, usually something like F1, F2, F10 or F12. Also DEL key, or ESC key, or sometimes CTRL + ALT + ESC or CTRL + ALT + F1.
Sometimes nothing works for me and pressing a lot of keys on the left hand side of the keyboard and causing the input to jam will generate a BIOS error message with an option to enter setup, and then I wonder what was the right key!
