Olivetti Echos 200SM

Hi,
I am looking for help in updating the Phoenix Bios in my elderly Olivetti Echos 200SM. I do not have a manual, and I do not really want to dismantle to discover the Motherboard manufacturer (and anyway would that be any help for a Phoenix bios?). The output from Bios Agent (such as it is) is given below. Any help / pointers at all would be very much appreciated.
