Panasonic CF-41 bios/setup

hey there im kinda new to forums and stuff but i realy need help
i have this laptop/notebook and i dont know how to work it.
when i turn it on it comes up with a please run setup program, press F1 to continue
the lappy has no H.D.D but when i put a hdd with windows 98 on it out of my Toshiba Satellite it comes up with the same thing normaly it says disk I/O error but it pit the disk in the other laptop and away it works
is there a bios or setup i can get in i have looked on the net and found nothing on this
this is the only laptop i have ever had wich this happens on.
