HP n5420l hidden power menu in bios

My HP n5420l originally came with a celeron processor whihc i upgraded to a Mobile Pentium 3, there is a hidden Power Menu in the Phoenix Bios that I believe is triggered by the machine version as all n5000 series laptops use the same v. 1.63 bios, is there anyway to use the Phoenix Bios Editor to enable the hidden power menu?
