After BIOS Upgrade my VAIO Notebook doesn't boot !

HI,
I have a problem with my VAIO Notebook after I uograded BIOS , and now I even couldn;t see any light that will initialize my notebook.
Any idea, help me?

Hmm, which model is it? Which bios version did you upgrade to?
