Acer Aspire 5583 WXMi problem

My bro changed the Bios password and forgot it.....
the bios version is
PhoenixBIOS ver 4.0 release 6.1
Can any one really heml me out....
even how do i pull it apart and look for cmos battery... i also herd it is stored in flash mem so even removing the cmos batt won't help....
so how do i do it....
even if there are any jumpers which i should short....
