I have just recently been receiving major had issues. I HAVE TRIED 6 DIFFERENT HARD DISKS ON MY HP PAVILION A700N. it will load, format and install until about 9% then it will go to blue screen. What could this be. I sure its not all the drives and the bios recognizes the device. any suggestion?

What's written on the bluescreen ?
At least it should show some kind of error message with a stop code.
Those errors are often, but not always, memory related. Maybe the install CD/DVD is dirty or damaged.
