many dell notebooks have two problems: the first is they have a delay in starting the boot devices. The second is that it does not reboot (LED padlock flashing), and therefore it is NOT possible to update with the BIOS.EXE because it always requires the reboot to complete the update.
is there a tool that makes a backup of the bios of the same model and how can i restore the bios on the failed notebook?
