BIOS Updates forum

I found suitable BIOS for my system . But thank you for your help . Appreciate that ! Now can you find new BIOS for my video card Ge Force FX 5200 , because when I runned Everest it told me that my video BIOS is 2 years old and I should update it !

I'm wondering why when I restart my PC and run the flash program with any of these BIOS-es it tells me that they are incompatible with my BIOS or something about that .It think that the BIOS should be greater that version 6.0 because that is my current version . I cannot find any updates for my Motherboard : EliteGroup K7VTA3
I am currently using Award BIOS 6.0
