Hello

Is this a motherboard that has 64mb shared graphics? Therefore, Is it possible to get more than the 8mb onboard graphics from this motherboard?

Thanks in advance for any replies and much appreciated.

Looks like a MSI/Microstar board with PLE133 chipset. Check for a MS-6xxx number on the top surface, and/or give us the BIOS message which appears in the top left of the memory check screen under the Award logo. The ID is similar to MS6368 but those BIOSes have 686A in the ID not 686B.

601 chip has integrated Trident Blade 3D which supports a maximum of 8 MB. The only PLE133 chipset mobo on MSI's site is the MS-6368 and the FAQ says the on-chip graphics in the 601 cannot be disabled. Sorry.

Thanks for your reply Nick. I have a 32mb pci graphics card but it is in another computer that I intend to sell. Might use it though!

Thanks again for your reply Nick. Much appreciated!
