Hi, everyone, my AMIBIOS result:

An AMIBIOS ID String Was Detected:
63-0426-009999-00101111-040201-VIA_P6

AMIBIOS ROM Size: 512 KB
BIOS Build Date: Apr 02 2001
Motherboard Manufacturer Code: 9999 Not listed in MAN.DAT file

AMIBIOS Build Tag: PT880MSI
AMIBIOS Project ID: PT880MSI Not listed in TAG.DAT file

For more information on upgrading your BIOS go to http://www.ami.com/support/bios.cfm?refer=mbid
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
SMBIOS info:
Manufacturer : MSI
Product Name : MS-7043
Version : 1.00
Serial Number: 00000000

Every time when I start the desktop after a period, say hours, not using it, it will restart itself one or two times. Afterwards, it works fine. The blue screen suggests upgrading bios, how can I find the manufacturer of the motherboard? Any idea what my motherborad is?

Thanks a lot

Compare the three boards listed there with your mainboard and you may find ist. If your board was not bought retail but as installed in a HP/Dell or similar system contact your system builder/vendor.
