A Google search on SiS-630-6A6IRJ19C brings up a post from Kuriaki at howtofixcomputers.com. This suggests that it's a Jetway board.
A Google search on 630CF brings up the Jetway page for 630CF/630CN as the first result.
Tested patched BIOSes. Untested patched BIOSes.
