The BIOS ID looks like the one of AOpen MK33 found in this thread, but the OEM Sign-on is totally different. An OEM version of the board probably?

It's form Netvista A40i.
What do you think, is it worth of trying to flash the AOpen BIOS? BIOS type and ID match...

I think I've already seen someone needing to go to http://www.badflash.com on that one, so, no, that is not going to work.

Yes, this is the Aopen MK33.
It is used in the IBM Netvista, model 2284-70G:
The BIOS identifier is the same 8363-686A-6A6LMAW9C.
The MoBo modelnumber is S21M.
My BIOS version, after I applied the BIOS update of the IBM support site, is also the same: S21MR02-C2.
The board is identified as AOpen, model MK33, by using the HWiNFO32 program.
I compared a photo of the MK33 with the IBM MoBo, they are exactly the same boards.
I would like to flash the IBM BIOS using the original Aopen BIOS upgrade, so I can install a faster CPU. (In the IBM BIOS the CPU settingspage, like FSB changes etc, is left out).
Using the Aopen flash utility it reports a checksum error and it halts, no flashing activity.
Is there any workaround to flash this IBM version of the mobo with the original Aopen flashfile ?
Would Uniflash do it without any risk ?
After posting this message I couldn´t wait and just flashed the mother with Uniflash 1.33, using the bin file from Aopen, R1.17.
It worked fine ! No problems, within a few sec´s it was ready.
But now it turns out that this MK33 mobo isn´t really suitable for CPU´s faster than 1GHz ... so after all I did´t get any further ...
