My PC Bios details are

Its a VESTA motherboard distributed by Ingram Micro
Its is showing " VMBO-115 Motherboard"

On the Hardware is written like
Phoneix Bios D686 088635569

PROBLEM
my pc won't start, when i switch it on;
but after 10 or more reset push it starts with very slow booting.
RAM is of 512MB with PC133.
Sometimes it shows bootblock award bios copyright 2000
bios checksum error and checks for a: media
I am unable to find the right bios update on the net.

Replace the 3V lithium CMOS coin cell CR2032 battery.
