OK, but we need your information prior to help you.
A good start can be running BIOS Agent, saving report and posting it back:

More than 100,000 BIOS strings in my database just now!

Appears to be an AOPEN AK77 Pro motherboard - support page is here:

http://global.aopen.com.tw/Products/mb/AK77Pro.htm

The BIOS download can be accessed from the column on the left, but a word of caution - there are several versions of this motherboard, so make sure this is the match for your motherboard.

Ok thanks for reply.. i just thought that an update would really speed it up or something ..what happens when a bios is updated or flashed does the comp run alot quicker? If the changes are minimal then ill hold off cause i have a 1000mhz and it runs good but more speed would be nice.Sorry if these questions sound ridiculous cause i am a bios newbie!!BTW you are correct i did a visual and it says ak77 and the one shown at the link you sent is identical but still dont understand what exactly to download?? i see bios on the left but theres 10 diff files like 1551-AW1/AG1 and 1551-OG, s661FXm--S and others so im confused on exactly what file to get if i decide to update?

I think what you did was click on the BIOS link twice. The first click should have brought up a page listing 11 downloads for the AK77 Pro, with R1.20 dated 2/19/2003 listed at the top.

KURIAKI has posted the link for R1.20 in your other post, but unless you plan to upgrade your processor I don't see any gains for you. If you choose to go ahead, read what is available on this site regarding updating the BIOS and as well, I believe there is information on the AOpen site that explains the process to follow.
