A Google search for 51-0620-001437-00111111-071595-I430TX turns up multiple hits suggesting PC-Chips M550.
Go to http://go.to/th2, click on "Start here if you know what board" and select M550.
It appears the latest AMI BIOS only supports HDD up to 8 GB.
Do you have a message at the top left of the start-up screen under the AMI logo, e.g. a date ?

51-0620-001437-00111111-071595-I430TX-001_10_TX-H is the latest
51-0620-001437-00111111-071595-I430TX-001_10_TX-F is also known
Is there a -F or -H after your BIOS string ?
