Can you tell me where I can get a bios upgrade ? The manufacturer, Chicony doesn't provide support anymore.

Again, this may be a mismatch of USB standards, as I replied in your other post - USB 2.0 vs. 1.1.

Do not believe in anything Sandra wants to tell you - it's often misleading. IT seems you should check your connections as USB should be working well on your rig as well as the IDE ports. Maybe some cable problems ?Doug wrote:The computer doesn't recoginize ditial cameras, fast cd readers/burner
