help me identify this dell motherboard

a friend brought over his dell computer that won't boot details about this board is below. i need the bios and manual for this board. it uses a pentium iii processor. the layout is similar to a intel CA810E except there is no onboard sound on this board.

ps2 key and mouse

2 dim
atx power supply connector
1 serial 1 parallel

We want the AAxxxxxx-xxx and IABCxxxxxxxx numbers for a positive ID. It may be the SU810, I think I've seen that one in a Dell before.

Not listed yet. What is the Dell system designation e.g Dell Dimension XPS L___c or something as an example.

String inside the bios upgrade is CA81020A.10A.0022.P07.00061514060 so yes, an Dell OEM version of the Intel CA810E. It can differ a bit in specifications from the original Intel version, it's the OEM that decides what is on it, then Intel builds it for them.
