Help Newbie What MotherBoard Do I Have?

Hi im new to all of this and just wanted to see if i could upgrade my proccesor to a quad proccesor i have a dell xps one'XPS A2010' and heres all the info i could find

I have no idea if the board will support quad processors. More important is if the housing/power supply of this all-in-one will support a quadcore cpu, they get a bit hotter than the dualcores. If you wanted quad rightaway you should have bought the 24" model...
