Well i found medion web page. They are german i think.Anyway there it's no reference for my Medion which it's 9889. It has references for other Medions but not for this. Maybe it's too old. Anyway i will try to send them a mail or something asking about this.
I searched over the net and i found that some Medions use MS Motherboards. I have to say that the MB in this Laptop has a ZIF socket 7 removable proc.
Anyway i am trying to id this MB because i have some severe problems with the entire computer. It freezes when he wants to. Sometime it works 30 min or slightly more and then quits. Sometimes it works 10 minutes and bye bye. When he it's doing this and i try to reboot the screen goes blank and remains like that. I am also thinking that this could be a defective power source.
Anyway if you find before me the MB type it would be great.
Thank you.
Alex.

Thank you very much guys for the help. It's more light now on this subject.
Now i will try to find the jumper settings or the possible settings for this MB. If you know where i can find this faster it would be great. Anyway i will start to look for them.
Thank you very much.
About the BIOS string i made that mistake. Instead of 9 i typed 3. Sorry.
Thank you again you're great.
