Looking for MB model/manual/etc; bios -i440LX-2A69JD49C-00

Looking for MB model,etc,for BIOS ID 02/09/98-i440LX-2A69JD49C-00. I traced -D4 to Diamond Flower, DFI.com, via WIMSBIOS, but can't find model/manual/etc, for i440LX chipset.
MB has "PIIX4" & "P2XLX Rev A1" stenciled on top side.
Award Bios info: PCI/PNP 686, S/N 111634063, 1997
CPU: iP266, Slots: AGP2x, 4 PCI, 3 AT 16 bit, 3 SDRAM
