According to
http://pc.watch.impress.co.jp/docs/2003/0923/comp04.htm
this board is a PC-Chips T30 featuring SiS 655FX+SiS 964 chipset.

The markings on the board are: QS-1 V1.0 15-J75-0110000

PC-Chips website does not list any board with SiS 655, nor does ECS.

This is not a live problem, just a curiosity that I thought I would document.
Tested patched BIOSes. Untested patched BIOSes.

I have agut feeling it is slated for release but they found some last-moment issues that delayed its delivery. Something minor like loosing the bios settings after the first reboot or something. You can expect anything from them...
