I just found this forum and it's amazing. I'm new to this BIOS upgrade thing; however, my system crashed a few times on a number of occasions and after submitting the crash dump file to MS they say it has to do with my BIOS so i think i need an upgrade.
Here's the info i got about my system:

The first thing you should check/test is your memory - maybe one of the three 256MB sticks is faulty.

KURIAKI , i'm new to upgrading/flashing my BIOS and i'm assuming the link you provided is for upgrading my BIOS; however, which of the two should i install ?
One more thing, how can i backup my BIOS in the event the flash doesn't work ? Can i do such a thing to revert to my old BIOS ?
