greetings!

subject is the bios code i get on boot, which incidentally, i cannot find anywhere.... i have some kind of chaintech mobo with the intel i440bx chipset, socket 370 and i have spent the ENTIRE DAY scouring the bloody internet for a bios upgrade to no avail. can someone point me in the right direction to find the damned thing?? there's an update (for the bios) utility when you boot up that you access by hitting ALT+F2. i just need some bin file or something.

any help would be most appreciated.
