PC Partner V845SM
Both models was selled in The Philippines by VillMan Computer Systems Inc.
Maybe they are one of the OEM vendors for Pc Partner in your country.

The thing is im having difficulty looking for its specific websites to download bios, manual and driver files. Any suggestions?

ok i just revived the V845SM motherboard. I think its a PC Partner. Here is the info:

would have been nice if you had posted the north- and southbridge markins, but this one was easier than the other one.
