apparently there are no such boards..

socket? chipset? layout? anything? (my guess: i845, S478)

They look like Acer/Aopen or even Jetway partnumbers, not PcPartner ones.

V845SM and V845SX are printed on the PCB side (component side) very clearly and in bold letters. This is the only hint i have. I think it is a 400 FSB compliant motherboard running at SDRAM speed.

it would be nice if you could be more specific and post some more details (like numbers on stickers, bios strings).

seeing extra characters compared to your original posting :lol:

It is released by Vesta motherboards which is part of IngramMicro so it is an OEM board but now to retrieve the original PcPartner number. Check the top left corner top surface of the board for a small size number like 35-xxxx-xx and reply with that.

P4M266MS4-259M perhaps? I cannot find any pictures of it, only a manual and the layout shown there matches the board entirely including the power connector location and orientation.
