please help me find the maker of my board

The instructions from the BIOS web site says that the info is on the startup screen, here is what it says:

Award Modular BIOS v4.5IPG

P6LX-A+ Ver 2.2 04/20/1998

Then At the bottom of the screen where the instructions reckon the info should be

Press DEL to enter SETUP

04/20/98-i440LX-P6LX-AP

could any one please help me find what mother board this is... help
