I'm looking for a manual and producer of this motherboard.

The motherboard isn't working.

It has 3 PCI slots, 4 ISA slots. It has 4 SIMM memory slots and it's a socket 3 board with SiS 85C496/7 chip. It has 2 IDE slots and none FDD. On the other side of motherbard is writen "MVO D422 9528".

Cannot ID this by bios either, manufacturer/model part is all zeroes...
