Well, actuly I think I know who made it. Trigem is my guess (judging from the trigem logo when it boots.) This post kinda covers several of the topics and this one looked most appropriate.

The AMI BIOS ID came up 51-3105-000914-00111111-101094-VIPER-Z
The S/N on the Motherboard is B1555-BR4 00359
The AMI BIOS sticker on the bios chip says AMIBIOS (C) 1993 PENTIUM CPU PCI ISA BIOS 938635
Underneith the sticker it said Flash and was followed by four nubers:
N28F001
BX-T150
U51862J3
(M)(C)'90'93

The esupport.com BIOS Agent returned:
Program: Unicore BIOS Wizard Version 1.8
Program: Unicore Chip Detect v0.72 2000.03.10
BIOS Date: 10/10/94
BIOS Type: American Megatrends
BIOS ID: 51-3105-000914-00111111-101094-VIPER
Chipset: OPTi 82C557 rev 0
Superio: SMC 665GT rev 2 found at port 3F0h
It's got a Pentium 133 MHz processor, but when it boots up it reads 100 MHz. Its Probebly some jumper configuration that i don't know. In Adition it has a Samsung 40 gig 7200 rpm hdd in it, and I have to use ONTRACK for windows to see the whole thing. And of course im not sure its entirely Y2k compliant. So if anyone could please help me find any info, it would be much appriciated. How do I set the jumpers? Where can I get a BIOS update? Can I get a BIOS update?! PLEASE HELP!!

Edwin has some BIOSes at http://webhqnl.250free.com/trigem/bios/index.html but that's not a lot of help without knowing the name of the board...

I still haven't found time to sort those out. All AMI bioses, not so easy to find the string inside...

You want to look for a NAME in all caps on the top surface of the motherboard. TriGem uses names, not type numbers.

Hmm. While you're twiddling your thumbs, you might take a look at this:
http://www.geocrawler.com/mail/thread.p ... s&list=151 which suggests that the Opti 82C557 rev 0 is probably not everyone's favourite chipset.

Following up the GSEP-M01 reference only turns up the fact that people at Motherboards.org are baffled too.

GSEP M01 is on a 30pin memory SIMM as well.

Me thinks it has something to do with the board material, not the model designation. Can you provide us with a picture? Upload to a webpage somewhere and link to it.

A scanner will work too :) But you then need to remove the board.

Is there a BA2xxx number on the board by any chance? It could be an OEM board for Olivetti...
