trying to ID mainboard

hopefully someone can help a bit

trying to id a mainboard from a friends pc

socket a
ami bios
gold board
no name on the chipset
2 pci
1 agp
2 slots for sdram
onboard sound, video and lan
2 usb
on the back of the board is
PAO SHEN
E206922-PS1

somone tried to flash the bios for him (without knowing what board it was - they just guessed)

now it seems to be a little --- mmm odd

if i can find out what make this is, maybe i can flash it back

Maybe it's a PcChips M805 or M810 series motherboard.

thats what i thought as well
but all of the pics i have found do not match
they are very close

i would just like to try to find out exactly which one it is before i try to flash the bios

( seeing as the guy who did it neglegted to back up the original )
