unknown manufacturer

I have a motherboard, which, on occasion freezes. I would like to upgrade the bios. The motherboard is Soltek motherboard. I have posted the mb info below

I have downloaded an updated bios which when loaded into amiflash reports file rom ID incorrect.

Open your case and look for a model number preinted onto it. If it's really a Soltek motherboard then it should be clearly marked.
