I ran BIOS Wizard:

BIOS Manufacturer: American Megatrends
BIOS ID: 63-0307-000001-00101111-101503-nFORCE
Chipset: Chipset V10DED01E0 rev 193

There is nothing under BIOS OEM Signon, and there is no known Super I/O Chip found. I don't know if it helps but It's an HP Pavilion. I've never done anything with the BIOS before. So what is my motherboard?

Ami TAG is needed.
Maybe is an Asus A7N8X series motherboard.

It's an Asus motherboard, but you can't use Asus BIOS.
Check HP support searching by Pavillion model.
