Any insight to the Motherboard? Any possible BIOS Updrages?

are you trying to install an usb2.0 PCI plug-in card and it doesn't work? or do you want a bios update to 'upgrade' the board's usb support to 2.0? if it's the latter don't bother looking: the board's usb support is determined by the southbridge (or a similar chip) and not by the bios. you can't upgrade the onboard usb. if you want a bios upgrade anyways look on the mainboard's printings and get a bios here:
